This year I have been experimenting with alternate forms of focalising a film narrative. In my two short films I have utilised reflective mise en scène to explore new ways of shooting a narrative. The first short film was shot by using a wall of mirrors, where in each mirror a traditional film angle is produced. The second film uses reflective pieces of set decoration to simultaneously show what each item means to a character and show the action of the film.
