As an emerging producer my strongest passion has always been to create films that empower, help and inspire struggling youth and audiences watching. Coming onto ‘Finding the Lighthouse’ as the producer and assistant director I was able to fuel so much authenticity and heart into our short film. It has been such a rewarding and fulfilling experience and I can’t wait for it to touch audiences hearts with its empowering story.
Finding the Lighthouse is a heartwarming short drama following two estranged sisters who must overcome their differences while on a journey to spread their mother’s ashes at a lighthouse. Our film is honest and true, with our authentic voices fueling the representation, struggles and choices of the characters. Finding the Lighthouse shines a light on humility and human connection and is a strong film that will impact a large audience, providing sentimental value, empathy and empowerment for LGBT+ communities and women around the world.
