‘Transforming Identities’ uses cosplay as an artform to visually explore my multifaceted identity. In this collection, characters that have personal significance to me are redesigned to incorporate my own aesthetic and showcase Filipino culture. Cosplay gives people the freedom to express and expand their identities, exemplifying the constructed, fluid, and ever-changing nature of identity.
