Bachelor of Fine Arts with Honours
I work across painting, drawing and writing to explore ideas of memory, intimacy and my surroundings. My works often arise in series, where each work builds on the painterly forms of previous works. Intimacy is fostered through the experience of painting, helping me to consider past and present tense with clarity. Gesture and form respond to memories of place, sensation and people, carried forward by painting into the present.
