My artwork explores Mental Health and wellbeing through works on paper, embroidery, painting and drawing. The act of making these consuming works both occupies time and creates comfort when everything seems difficult.

I have chosen Winsor Newton Intense Blue watercolour paint and layered it with stitching to create tactile surfaces and colourful pastel images along with tiny patterns made of metallic ink. The A3 surface sets a parameter and frames image and process.
