Traffic noise and evening blue light exposure are common factors that disrupt our sleep, negatively impacting our health and wellbeing. My project improves users sleep experience by reducing the impact of two influencing factors, light and sound. Sleep Stand helps reduce evening blue light exposure and minimises disruptions from outside noise whilst falling asleep.
