The Play Ground is an online resource curated by Malikah Davy to create awareness and open conversations around mental wellbeing in the music industry. The project makes academic literature from sport psychology relevant to a music context.

Malikah is involved in the music scene and high level sport. This motivated her to develop resources knowing many musicians and industry professionals struggle with mental wellbeing similar to high performance athletes.
