This project revisions the Gordon Wilson Flats, and how modernist ideas evident in the building can be adapted through a more-than-human design lens. This approach repurposes the site's existing architectural and mechanical systems including circulation, roof spaces, walkways and incinerator room, to provide conditions for various more-than-human habitation. This project aims to achieve improved biodiversity through the symbiotic relationship between human and non-human inhabitants of the Gordon Wilson Flats.
