Narrative Play’ is a textile research project that explores how surface pattern can be offered as an interactive tool in art and play therapy for young children (aged 4-7).
Built upon six points identified by Dr Bruce Perry, as being needed to facilitate trust and communication; repetition, respect, rhythm, relevancy, rewarding and relational, this collection of digital prints offer children the opportunity to communicate, create and control their own narratives.
