‘There is Hope’ is a book that shares real people's lived mental distress experiences through the use of visual metaphors. The book provides hope for those who are experiencing mental distress as well as providing an insight for those who don’t have their own personal experience with mental distress. By sharing people's lived experiences, ‘There is Hope’ helps people to feel less alone. By sharing other people's lived experiences, I want to provide hope even when it feels like there is none.
