‘Chapters of You’ explores how we can creatively engage with a person’s personal history through archives, memories, and reminiscing. Through theories of memory, this project aims to rebuild the autobiographical self for that of the deceased; revisiting core memories that contribute to overall human identity that can become lost to Dementia. This multi-faceted project reflects the unique narrative of Wilson Roy Estall – my grandfather – through the eyes of his children.
