I have always been interested in Science fiction films, so when I heard the idea of Function I was immediately into it. It was interesting to make a sci-fi short film as I never thought I would make one. And I learned a lot about different lighting setup and working in a built location.
Function is a sci-fi drama short film about a scientist named Adrian who values his work over his family. When he finds himself in a parallel world where his family is dead, he must find a way back home or live in a world where his loved ones are gone. The film explores betrayal and the consequences of choosing your work over the ones you love.
