Smoke and Mirrors is my debut as the 1st Assistant Director. This project allowed me to grow and expand my skills creatively and technically in film production. I worked hard to ensure that our shooting process went smoothly. This included creating an efficient shooting schedule and giving a helping hand to each of every member in need during production. Whilst it was a challenge but working in a friendly and family-like team does enhance the progress of the whole production from pre to post. Smoke and Mirrors was a great learning experience and I can't wait to carry this knowledge through my future projects and career.

Smoke and Mirrors is a contemporary mystery pilot episode that follows four college students; a brother, a secret lover, a friend, and a class acquaintance. Unfamiliar with one another, each individual is unexpectedly sent mysterious notes regarding the disappearance of their fellow peer, Mia Baxter. They are suddenly thrown together to uncover the secrets, betrayals and lies that have caused Mia to disappear on the night of her 21st birthday.
